target group:
Part 1 (AWAEN): Automic administrators, operating system administrators, application-specific administrators, database administrators. Anyone who should know where the Automation Engine fits into their environment and how it interacts with the areas for which this group of people is responsible.

Part 2 (AWAEG): Automic Administrators - those who create user accounts and set up and provide templates, clients and other best practice procedures.

agenda:
  • This course is based on the new Automic version v12.3.

  • The first part provides a look at the machines with installation data. You will learn how the connections between machines work, how the configuration files are structured, and what permissions are necessary to keep your system running smoothly.

  • In the second part, you will deal with the settings and functions you need to create an efficient working environment for your users. The course focuses on system variables and settings, as well as permissions and access controls.
